Contact information you provide via our inquiry forms: name, email address, telephone number, company name, and service requirements.

Business information provided during client onboarding: company registration documents, KYC (Know Your Customer) materials, authorised signatory details, and relevant compliance documentation as required under UAE AML regulations.

We do not collect payment card data directly. Any payment processing is handled by our secure third-party providers.

KYC and client onboarding records are retained for a minimum of five years following the end of the client relationship, in accordance with UAE AML regulations.

Website inquiry data is retained for 24 months unless a client relationship is established.
