Trade Show & Fair Security

We work regularly with exhibitors at the Istanbul Jewelry Show (İstanbul Kuyumculuk Fuarı), Dubai Jewelry Show, and Vicenzaoro. Our teams have deep operational familiarity with the venue layouts, customs procedures, and logistics timelines specific to these events.

We recommend engaging us 4–6 weeks before the fair. This allows time for inventory coordination, customs documentation, transport scheduling, insurance arrangement, and team briefing. For major seasonal fairs, some clients book 3–4 months in advance.

We offer overnight vault storage either at our Istanbul or Dubai facilities, or at secure on-site storage if available at the venue. Goods are sealed and documented at the close of each day and released only to authorised personnel the following morning.

Yes — our in-house customs brokerage team manages all import and export documentation for fair inventory, including temporary import (ATA carnet) procedures, CITES permits for certain materials, and re-export paperwork after the fair.

Yes — we coordinate full event insurance through Lloyd's-backed underwriters covering the declared value of goods from collection through to return delivery, including the exhibition period itself.
